Agreement to Terms: By clicking "Complete Purchase," you agree to the Brickell Babes Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. All event attendees are required to sign the Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement prior to entry. Access to events or digital content is granted only upon successful payment and adherence to our community guidelines.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All Sales are Final: Due to the curated nature of our events and digital products, all purchases are non-refundable.

• Event Transfers: If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another guest with at least 48 hours' notice by emailing [hello@brickellbabes.com].

• Cancellations: Brickell Babes reserves the right to reschedule or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a credit or refund may be issued at our sole discretion.

3. Privacy & Data Security
