Refund & Return Policy 

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Brickell Babe Bible LLC dba The Brickell Babes (“BB,” “we,” “us”) offers digital memberships, event tickets, and occasionally merchandise and digital products. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing.

1) All Sales Are Final (General Rule)

Unless otherwise stated below or required by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds due to changes in personal schedule, travel, preference, or attendance.

2) Memberships (Monthly + Annual)

  • Membership dues are non-refundable.

  • If your membership includes a minimum commitment term of 12 months, you are responsible for payments through the end of that term.

  • No prorated refunds are provided for unused time, unused benefits, or mid-cycle cancellations.

  • Memberships renew automatically unless canceled before your renewal date (as stated on the checkout page and/or Membership Terms).

3) Event Tickets (Public + Members-Only)

  • Event tickets are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person (if the event allows it) by emailing us in advance at hello@thebrickellbabes.com with the new attendee’s name and email.

  • If an event is postponed, your ticket will be honored for the rescheduled date. If an event is canceled by BB, we will provide a refund or credit (at our discretion) to the original payment method.

4) Digital Products + Downloads

All digital products (including guides, replays, downloads, and virtual content) are non-refundable once access is delivered, due to the nature of digital goods.

5) Merchandise (If/When Offered)

If BB sells physical merchandise:

  • All items are final sale 

  • Final sale items, discounted items, and gift cards (if offered) are not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email hello@thebrickellbabes.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll work with you on a replacement or refund.

6) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, BB may suspend or revoke access to memberships, events, and digital content until the matter is resolved.

7) Exceptions

Any refund granted outside of this policy is at BB’s sole discretion and does not create an obligation to provide future refunds.
